Why Whole Body University
The Whole Body Virtual Pilates Teacher Training is fully online and designed to accommodate your schedule and your life, while still providing high level, in depth training.
Our Program
The Whole Body University Pilates Teacher Training was designed by a Pilates instructor and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with an emphasis on safety and building a strong foundation in Pilates, anatomy, and injury management.
Students may choose to take courses by individual equipment or enroll in the full comprehensive program. The training combines both Classical and Contemporary approaches to Pilates teaching and education. This program is appropriate for first time movement education, certification in a new modality for movement based professionals, or specialization for medical providers through our Medical and Professional Track for PTs, OTs, and other healthcare practitioners.
Program Information
Our program is designed to fit your schedule and your budget while covering everything you need to know. The curriculum was created by Dana Dreifus, CPT, and Juliana Remer, DPT, and edited by Samantha Egle, CPT. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined Pilates teaching experience.
Dana Dreifus, CPT, serves as lead instructor and has led 10 teacher trainings across two states. She is joined by Natalie Machado, CPT, and Whole Body’s long tenured instructor team throughout your training journey. Juliana Remer, DPT, leads the anatomy and physiology components of the program.
Because the training was created in house, we are able to offer it at a lower cost than comparable programs, without third party fees. The program prepares students to sit for the Certified Pilates Teacher exam and to teach globally with Whole Body credentials.
